1. How do I start an order for custom screen printing?
We have a few options.
- VIA WEBSITE: You can start a custom order HERE.
- BY PHONE: You can call or text us at 580-235-9150 or 580-235-9149.
- IN PERSON: We can meet with you in person by appointment, just call us or text us to schedule a consultation.
2. Can I bring in my own design?
Most of the time. We do have to adhere to copyright laws which prevent us from printing protected artwork, logos/branding marks, and trademarked material. As long as your artwork is not protected, you can bring it and we will print it!
3. I know what I want but I need help with the design, can you help with that?
Sure! Just let us know what you are hoping for it to look like, and we will work up a design for you. Design fee will sometimes apply, and start at just 25$.
4. Can you do large quantity orders?
Absolutely. We have reliable equipment and a hardworking team, ready to take on whatever you can throw at us!
5. What is your typical production time?
Typical production time is two weeks. We do offer rush orders if we are able, note that there may be a rush fee.
6. Are you Greek Licensed?
Yep! We maintain licensing for our local town Greek organizations including: Zeta Tau Alpha, Chi Omega, Pi Kappa Alpha, Sigma Tau Gamma. If you belong to another organization and want to work with us, we can quickly obtain the licensing needed to serve you.
7. Do you offer wholesale?

8. How do I retrieve my local custom printing order?
We have some options. We offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY for our screen printing customers, we will bring it right to you within a 20 mile radius of Ada. If you are outside that limit, just call us and we would be glad to meet you somewhere in the middle. We also offer a pick-up option if you prefer that. When we call to let you know your order is ready, we will confirm how you want to receive your order.
9. Do you have an order minimum?
We do. We require an order of at least 10 shirts or 100$ spent to open a custom printing order.
10. Can you help me print original things for my store or brand?

11. Where are you located?
We have a private production studio in our hometown of Ada, OK. We do not currently have a physical storefront, we had to make some tough decisions about this due to the pandemic like most folks. We do have an online storefront for our original branded items, and for custom screen printing locally we take orders over the phone, email, or through our website direct message system you can access HERE.
12. If I live locally to Ada, OK, do I have to pay for shipping when I order something from your online store?
NOPE! If you live locally we have a pick up location for you. Just use the code LOCAL at checkout and shipping will be waived. Our friends at Arbukle Craft Coffee have partnered with us as our local pick-up location. Once you receive a notification from us that your order is "shipped" or ready for pick-up, stop in at Arbuckle to pick up and grab a great drink while you are there! They are open 7-3 Monday through Friday, and from 8-2 on Saturdays.
*Your order will be individually packaged just for you, by us. If you have questions about your order at pickup please direct them to us and not to the staff at Arbuckle Craft Coffee.
LOCALS also do not need to ship if there is a need for return or exchange, just contact us directly so we can work out the details.
