We want you happy, & happy with our product. We personally inspect each item before we package it up for shipping to ensure that you receive the highest quality goods when you buy from us. However, we are human, and mistakes will happen! If for any reason you receive defective product, or you receive the wrong item/size contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will make it right.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are currently operating under an all sales final policy and are unable to provide returns or exchanges. That said-we WILL fix orders with errors or defects. Just let us know if you need to talk about your order.
