Returns + Exchanges
We want you happy, & happy with our product. We personally inspect each item before we package it up for shipping to ensure that you receive the highest quality goods when you buy from us. However, we are human, and mistakes will happen! If for any reason you receive defective product, take photos of the deficit and contact us immediately and we will make it right.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, exchange for a different product, or we can issue a refund to the original payment method.
Note: Not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be UNWASHED and UNWORN and with no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us directly via email at email@example.com, and be sure to include your order number.
We try to act as quickly as possible, but may need up to 10 business days to process a return.
Every item will be shipped with a tracking number. If you think your package has been lost in the mail or stolen, please contact us directly so we can troubleshoot the situation with you and the shipping carrier.
